Discord sign-in identifies your marketplace account and connects it to the marketplace bot. This helps us assign purchases to the correct account, trace requests and reduce the risk of scams. Sign-in does not guarantee that fraud can never occur.
Discord sign-in
We request Discord's identify permission and store your Discord user ID and display name. The ID links your website account to the bot; the name lets us display and identify your account. A reference to your Discord profile picture is kept in your login session so we can display it beside your name. The picture is loaded from Discord's image servers, which receive your IP address when your browser requests it.
This sign-in does not request your email address, server list or access to your private Discord messages. We do not receive your Discord password. The OAuth access token is used to retrieve your identity during sign-in and is not saved in the marketplace database.
Marketplace and bot data
If you use account features, we also process your linked Minecraft name, watchlist and price limits, wallet balances, transactions, orders and account requests. Relevant records are synchronized with the Minecraft bot to handle account verification, purchases, withdrawals, delivery and Discord notifications.
Authorized administrators can access records needed to manage accounts, investigate issues and review uncertain transactions. Administrative changes and their reasons are recorded for accountability.
Cookies, storage and security
A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects account actions. Your browser also stores your preferred auction layout and temporary request identifiers to help prevent duplicate requests. The current website code includes no advertising or analytics trackers.
IP addresses are used to limit abusive requests through hashed rate-limit identifiers. The hosting provider may also process technical connection data in server logs. Website hosting is provided by IONOS; Discord processes sign-in and bot communication under its own Privacy Policy.
Stored records and your choices
Signing out ends your login session; it does not delete your account, watchlist or transaction history. The current implementation retains these records and does not provide automatic account deletion. You can remove watchlist entries yourself and request a review of stored personal data through support.

You can also use the server Discord's support ticket system. Applicable data-protection rights may also include restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Some records may need to be retained to resolve outstanding orders, disputes or legal obligations.
